Ingredient: Natural yeast, emulsifier
Range of application: Applicable for making bread and steamed bread with sugar addition level in the range of above 7%.
Dosage: The dosage in bread is 1.0%~1.5% of flour.
Application methods: Mix dry yeast with flour until smooth, then add water and stir it. For best result, the dough must keep in 30 degrees centigrade.
Preservation method and shelf life: This product must be stored at cold and dry place. Its shelf life is 2 years.
