Acid-Proof Porcelain Brick or Tile
Acid Proof Brick, or Acid Proof Tile, is made from composite material of quartz, feldspar and clay. It is characterized by high acid resistance, low water absorption, no oxidation at room temperature, not easy to be polluted by other media, etc. It is highly corrosion resistant to warm salt water chlorine, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and any concentration of alkali at room temperature apart from hydrofluoric acid and hot phosphoric acid. The products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, chemical fiber, paper, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, food, dairy, fruit juice, electroplating, and the tower room, pool, tank, tank and other preservation projects.
The products are used as inner liner of drying tower,absorber reactor tower ,anti-corrosion pool, lined crossing facilities and acid proof ground laying.

Instructions for use:
1. the general epoxy resin, acid clay, acid-proof cement paving, paving manufacturers when the products according to the instructions for construction;
2. cleaning the concrete surface with oxalic acid, to acid-base;
3. acid-resistant ceramic tiles industry, the seam width of about 8 u2013 10mm, thickness of the seam relative to the depth and brick level is appropriate, to prevent leakage;
4. Paving acid washed after application of the surface trough in order to make more solid structure.
