HT0410(N10-N30) is uncoated carbide grade. It is a combination of cemented carbide phase WC of fine grain and bonding phase Co. It is used for turning Aluminum and Titanium alloys.
HT1110(P10-P20) is CVD coated carbide grade for finishing to semifinshing of steel and casting steel in turning operation. It has outstanding performance under high cutting speed and temperature with excellent wear resistance.
HT1120(P20-P35) is CVD coated carbide grade for medium operation to roughing of steel and casting steel in turning operation. It has optimal performance of wear resistance and toughness for a wide application field.
HT1130(P30-P40) is CVD coated carbide grade with high toughness and wear resistance. It is in combination with MT-Ti(CN), thick layer AL2O3, TiN coating. It is suitable for rough machining of steel under unstable condition.
HT1220(M10-M20) is CVD coated carbide grade for finishing and continious cut of stainless steel with good surface quality, higher cutting performance, stable cutting condition. It is suitable for medium and finishing turning stainless steel.
HT1230(M20-M30) is CVD coated carbide grade for rough and medium application in stainless steel with reliable tool life, excellent toughness and wear resistance, continious cutting to interrupted cutting.
HT1320(K10-K20) CVD coated carbide grade with hard medium fine corn substrate in combination of TiCN and thick Al2O3 coating. It is suitable for machining of gray cast iron under normal cutting conditions from low to moderate cutting speeds. It is an univeral grade for turning cast iron.
HT1330(K20-k30) CVD coated carbide grade with hard medium fine corn substrate in combination of TiCN and thick Al2O3 coating. It is suitable for machining of ductile Iron iron under normal cutting conditions from low to moderate cutting speeds, it also used for interrupted turning.
HT2130(P15-P35) PVD nano-TiAlN (2~4um) coated fine grain carbide grade. Good performance in combination of toughness and wear resistance, suitable for turning of steel, stainless steel and high-temperature alloys in finishing and semi-finishing machining.
HT2230(M10-M20) Fine grain carbide with PVD coating of nano-TiAlxN adopted from high temperature resistant element. Excellent wear resistance and chemical resistance suitable for turning of stainless steel under higher cutting speed.
