Coconut Cream is best used in beverages, sauces, liquid ice cream pre-mixes and other liquid applications as it allows an even more convenient processing by eliminating the need to hydrate or dissolve a powdered product before use. Coconut Milk is a widely known ingredient for coladas and oriental sauces
Coconut Cream has a guaranteed shelf life period of 12 months from date of production under proper storage conditions, in cool dry place, at temperatures of 20 C to 30 C while keeping the integrity of the package. It is recommended that the product be consumed before the expiration date marked on the outer package.
