Programmable cycle of automatic standard water measurement provides accurate zero tracking for ultrasonic attenuation measurement, which can make the instrument automatically correct electronic single drift and measurement drift caused by ultrasonic transducer surface deposition; pulp temperature measurement can be used for temperature correction. The above measures ensure high accuracy and long-term stability of density and particle size measurement.
Connect the DCS control system through the following ways:
4--20m A electrical isolation simulation current loop(each flow channels 4 ways,12 bit resolution, can be used to transmit density measurement values and three size fraction),connects to the DCS control system through a coated twisted pair instrument cable; the longest is up to 1000 meters. Along with 4-20m a simulation current loop signal for each flow channel, provides a pair of switch signals (one out, one in) as the simple contact signal between the DCS system and the particle size monitor ,the signal can be used as an effective instruction for showing the flow channel measurement data.
RS-485 serial links---particle size, alarm. It supports Modbus RTU protocol point to point connection.
