ZSM-5 zeolite with its unique three-dimensional cross-through channels and isomerization, shape-selective cracking and aromatization performance, can be widely used in petrochemical, chemical and other industries. In the fluidized-bed catalytic cracking reaction of FCC catalyst, added ZSM-5 has a good response effect for improve the gasoline octane number and increase in the olefin content of the gas.
Use aluminum and silicate as the main raw material, in a certain ratio, under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, then hydrothermal crystallization, after filtration, washing, and drying to obtain ZSM-5 zeolite.
